Classification by cleaning method

Deposition

As for small cleaning targets, it is a method to remove scale by depositing it in the cleaner for a certain period of time. This method is difficult to maintain cleaner concentration and temperature, but is used when the circulation method cannot be used on the target.

Circulation

It is a method mainly used for cleaning the insides of tubes and boilers and needs cleaning equipment such as temporary piping and cleaning pump. However, it is more commonly used for cleaning inside tubes, since it is more effective than other methods.

Jet Cleaning

It is a method to physically remove scale fixed on the outside of tubes by spraying chemical solution on the outside of the tube. It is mainly used for cleaning the exterior of boilers and malignant scale removing of an electric precipator, a heat exchanger and pipes. In this case, it is important to prevent corrosion and have anti-rusting capability by prescribing the right chemical.
