Initial cleaning

Purpose: Mill scale and rust are generated in a new boiler and pipe inner wall in the process of production, transportation, storage and installation of tube. Therefore, the initial chemical cleaning for a new boiler aims to operate the boiler in the best possible condition according to the reference operating condition by removing grease, mill scale and rust inside the tube and thus removing carbonized oil residue.

In-service cleaning

Purpose: A boiler tube is a major factor to ensure the operating reliability of thermal power generation facilities. The water wall of the boiler transfers heat generated by fuel combustion and, in the inner wall of the tube, scale is extracted and attached from corrosion of the tube and impurities flowed from the water feed system. It aims to operate the facility in the best possible condition by removing this scale.
